Software delivery your leadership can predict.

I find where work really waits, fix the flow, and automate the status reporting that eats your managers' week. Former engineer, 10+ years leading delivery, and I build the tooling myself.

Three ways to work together

Fixed scope, clear outputs, fully remote. Most clients start with the Health Check. Pricing is scoped on our first call.

MonthlyPart-time

Fractional Delivery Lead

I run your delivery system part-time until your team can run it without me.

  • Scrum or Kanban cadences that people keep
  • A metrics board the team reads and acts on
  • Stakeholder and executive reporting
  • Coaching for your leads, then a planned hand-off

For: growing teams that need delivery leadership before they can justify a full-time hire.

Fixed scopeAI tooling

Status on Autopilot

Stop writing status reports by hand. Your tools write them.

  • The real process mapped in BPMN, handoffs included
  • Status updates flowing from Slack into Asana or Jira
  • A live executive readout instead of a weekly document
  • Built with Claude Code and MCP, documented for your team

For: teams where updates live in chat and tracking lives somewhere else.

Add-on: Scrum and Kanban training. Hands-on sessions for squads, built around your own board and your own data.

The method

Flow to Forecast: four steps from opaque delivery to dates you can plan around

Each step ends with something your team keeps, and each one pays for itself before the next begins.

  1. 01

    Map the real flow

Owner-led sessions and the data already in your tools show how work actually moves, including the handoffs nobody documented.

    You get
A map of the real workflow, request to release
    Value
You see where work waits, in days, not opinions
  2. 02

    Measure

Cycle time, throughput and work in progress, pulled from your Jira, Azure DevOps or Asana history.

    You get
A live flow metrics board and a baseline
    Value
One shared picture for teams and leadership
  3. 03

    Fix the constraint

Remove the biggest bottleneck first: limit work in progress, redesign the worst handoffs, set cadences people keep.

    You get
A 30-day plan, run together with your team
    Value
More work finished with the same people
  4. 04 AI-assisted

    Automate and forecast

AI agents take over status relay and reporting. Delivery dates come from real throughput, as ranges with a stated confidence.

    You get
A live executive readout and delivery forecasts, handed over to your team
    Value
Leaders plan on forecasts; managers get their week back

Success cases

What changed for the teams I worked with

Company names are left out; the numbers are real.

+25%delivery capacity with the same headcount

Cloud ERP software company · 4 product squads

From capacity debates to flow data

Challenge
Four squads with no shared view of flow. Capacity was argued by opinion, and a core financial module had to ship without disrupting customers.
Approach
A Lean metrics board (cycle time, lead time, throughput), squads trained to act on it, and an MVP-first rollout split into parallel workstreams.
Impact
25% more delivery capacity without hiring. The financial module went live without disrupting users.
25+strategic projects steered in one portfolio

Medical education group · directors and a PMO team

A portfolio leadership could actually steer

Challenge
More than 25 projects competing for approval and capacity. Business cases were often sent back, and directors lacked a current view.
Approach
A maturity scorecard for business cases, an approval process with pre-alignment and sign-off gates, and live portfolio dashboards.
Impact
Less rework at approval, a shorter approval cycle, and real-time visibility for directors.
Liveexecutive readout in place of hand-written status reports

Series B AI company · support, engineering and implementation teams

Status reporting that rebuilds itself

Challenge
The real state of work lived in Slack threads; the tracked state lived in Asana. Someone retyped one into the other every cycle.
Approach
Mapped the cross-team lifecycle with directors and leads, then built an AI agent that moves Slack updates onto the right task.
Impact
Reporting became a rebuild instead of a rewrite, and the gaps between documented and real process were made visible.

Tooling I build

I automate the work around the work

Most delivery leads report on the problem. I also build the tools that remove it.

Open source

Slack-to-Asana sync

Reads thread replies in Slack and posts them as comments, completions and reassignments on the right Asana task.

Coordination-cost analyzer

Turns the relay work between teams into hours and cost, so leaders see what handoffs really cost them.

BPMN toolchain

Generates, reads and validates BPMN 2.0 process diagrams, so process maps stay accurate as the process changes.

About

An engineer who became a delivery leader

I started as a C# developer in 2012, so I talk with engineers as a peer, not as someone collecting status. Since 2017 I've led delivery as Scrum Master, project manager, development manager and PMO head, in Brazil and for remote clients across the US, Europe and LATAM.

My work sits where people, process and tooling meet. I make the real flow of work visible, change the system so it improves, and automate the reporting so leaders see the truth without asking for it. I also published research on how organisational culture shapes agile adoption.
